Field Visit to Noritake Lanka Porcelain (Pvt) Ltd

The 4000 level BBA Undergraduates of the Department of Human Resource Management visited Noritake Lanka Porcelain (Pvt) Ltd, Matale on the 27^th of May 2023. The Department of Human Resource Management organized the visit for the undergraduates who follow the course ‘HRM 4201: Contemporary Human Resource Management’ conducted by the Lecturer-in-Charge Prof. WPR. Wickramaratne. The field visit entailed a factory visit and an interactive session with the management of Noritake Lanka (Pvt) Ltd aiming at providing practical exposure to the undergraduates on how organizations address the contemporary trends and key challenges and how they affect people management.


We are sincerely grateful to Ms. Sujatha Udagedara (Director & General Manager, Noritake Lanka Porcelain (Pvt) Ltd), Mr. Athula Senerath (Deputy General Manager, Noritake Lanka Porcelain (Pvt) Ltd) and their team for their unwavering support and dedication in bringing this great learning experience to our undergraduates. Academic staff members and 4000 level undergraduates of the Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Management participated in this field visit.
