The existing curriculum of the Department covers both theoretical and practical facets of human resource management. Thus, the department puts a tremendous effort to integrate and collaborate with the industry to provide an exposure for its learning partners. Accordingly, the staff members of the Department are required to update and upgrade their academic credentials to align with the contemporary trends and practices in the corporate setup. For this purpose, the “Staff Industry Exposure Program” was launched with the introduction of Mrs. Subashini Weerakotuwa, Senior Lecturer, Department of Human Resource Management.
