The Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Management, University of Peradeniya, successfully conducted a workshop for third-year undergraduates who follow HRM 3105 – Employee Health and Safety course, on 3rd July 2024 at the Faculty of Management. The workshop aimed to equip participants with comprehensive understanding and practical skills required for maintaining physical health and safety in the workplace. The workshop comprised three sessions, each skillfully facilitated by expert professionals in their respective fields.
