The first leadership forum on Developing Future Leaders
was organized by the Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Management, University of Peradeniya on 25th February, 2021 for the undergraduates following the Organizational Leadership course in Bachelor of Business Administration Degree programme. The main objective of this forum was to prepare our undergraduates in terms of knowledge, skills and attitudes to accept future leadership roles.
