The Department of Management Studies organized an insightful Buzz Session on October 14, 2024, at the AHEAD Conference Room, Faculty of Management, starting at 10:00 am. Dr. Tissa Ravinda Perera, Senior Lecturer from the Department of Management and Organization Studies, Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Colombo, was invited as the esteemed resource person for the session titled "Overcoming Issues in Social Science Research in Sri Lanka." This event was part of the Buzz Session series, the Research and Knowledge Sharing Circle of the Department, dedicated to fostering academic growth and scholarly exchange.
Dr. Perera provided a comprehensive and clear explanation of the significance and role of social science research within the management discipline. The session explored various challenges faced by researchers, igniting engaging discussions among participants.
