"Workshop on Job Role and Professionalism for Work Aids of the Faculty"
Oraganized By Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) - Faculty Of Management

To enhance the knowledge, skills and attitude of the Work Aids of the Faculty of Management, the Faculty IQAC has organized a workshop on "Job Role and Professionalism" on 24th February 2025 in the Faculty Board Room. The topics covered in the workshop were identified through a training need identification survey conducted by the SAR of the faculty on request of IQAC. Accordingly, the topics including, motivation, teamwork, leadership, attitude, and work ethic as well as table mannerisms, food serving etiquettes and grooming were covered to build and enhance the capacity of Work Aids of the faculty by enabling them to provide more efficient services to the Faculty. Mr. Chanaka Ariyarathne, Lieutenant Commander, Sri Lanka Navy served as the resource person for the workshop. The workshop was coordinated by Mr. Lakshman Kumara, the SAR of the Faculty and Mr. Yenuka Pahalage, the AB of the Faculty.
