The Department of Marketing Management, Faculty of Management, University of Peradeniya, organized a guest lecture titled “Physical & Mental Wellbeing” as part of the MKT 2201: Skills Development & Fine Arts course for 2000-level undergraduates at the Department of Marketing Management, Faculty of Management. The session held on 30th October 2025, provided an in-depth exploration of mental and physical wellbeing, defense and escape mechanisms used to overcome mental and physical related challenges and strategies to achieve overall wellness, balance and long-term professional success.Prof. Dileep De Silva, Chair Professor of Community Dentistry, Department of Community Dental Health, Faculty of Dental Sciences, University of Peradeniya joined as the resource person for this session.
