Signing of the MoU between the University of Peradeniya and Blue Lotus 360 (Pvt) Ltd
The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the University of Peradeniya and Blue Lotus 360 (Pvt) Ltd was held on the 09th February 2026 at the Vice Chancellor’s Office of the University of Peradeniya. Prof.W.M.T.Madhujith, Vice Chancellor, University of Peradeniya, and Mr. Nadarajah Uthayakumar, Chief Executive Officer, Blue Lotus 360(Pvt) Ltd, signed the MoU on behalf of the respective institutions.
The event was graced by Prof. R.H.Kuruppuge, Dean of the Faculty of Management, Prof. Sujeewa Kodithuwakku, Head of the Department of Business Finance, and the esteemed academic staff members of the Department of Business Finance. Representatives from Blue Lotus 360 (Pvt) Ltd, including Ms. Sachithra Udeshini - Chief Technical Officer, Gayan Perera - Head of Operations, and Tharindu Dissanayake - Business Analyst, were also present at the event.
The collaboration focuses on integrating the Blue Lotus 360 Cloud ERP into undergraduate education, facilitating hands-on training, curriculum enrichment, and capacity building for both students and academic staff. This MoU reflects a shared commitment by both institutions to bridge the gap between theory and practice, strengthen industry relevance in higher education, and contribute to the professional development of future business and management professionals.
