Buzz Session
The Department of Management Studies successfully conducted an insight Buzz session on 22nd of April 2026, at the Faculty Conference Room, commencing at 10.30 am. The session titled “Upward Bulling in the Workplace: A Conceptual Review” was delivered by Ms. R.M. Amanda Bandara, Temporary Lecturer of the Department.
The session provided valuable insights into the concepts, causes and implications of upward bulling in the organization setting. It also encouraged active participation and discussion among the audience, enhancing their understanding of this emerging workplace issue.
