The Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Management, University of Peradeniya, organized a guest lecture on “Job Search Strategies and Networking” through the HRM 3102: Career Management course for 3000-level undergraduates of the Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Management. The session was held on 12th June 2026 to provide students with practical insights into effective job search techniques, professional networking, personal branding, and career development strategies essential for succeeding in today's competitive job market.
Ms. F. Azra Mohideen, HR Executive at Cherry Global L.L.C - FZ, joined as the resource person for the session. Through her industry experience and practical guidance, she equipped students with valuable knowledge on building professional networks, enhancing employability, and positioning themselves for future career opportunities.
