Department of Human Resource Management was formed in 2015 with the establishment of the Faculty of Management. Our department envisions of being the national leader in Human Resource Management education at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. With our recognition of human resources as an inimitable strategic asset to gain sustainable competitive advantage of any organization, the Department has incorporated a diverse range of modules including contemporary and emerging concepts in HRM. The Department strives to make a significant contribution to the theory and practice of Human Resource Management via teaching, research and dissemination of knowledge. The department aims to produce graduates with leadership skills who are capable of efficient and effective management of human capital by applying their theoretical underpinning gained through taught modules and the practical exposure gained by undergoing internship.
