Field Visit to IFS R&D International (PVT) Ltd.

The Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Management, University of
Peradeniya in collaboration with IFS R&D International (Pvt) Ltd, organized a “Field Visit” for
the third-year BBA undergraduates who follow the course HRM 3205; Human Resource
Information Systems on the 10th of November 2022 at IFS R&D International (PVT) Ltd, Orion
City, Colombo. The fundamental purpose of this visit was to give an overview about the
industrial use of Human Resource Information Systems and the use of HR analytical tools in the
ICT Industry.

International (Pvt) Ltd), Mr. Pradeep Dissanayake (Human Resources Manager, IFS R&D
International (Pvt) Ltd), Mr. Pradeep Indrajith (Principal Data Analyst - Business Operations,
