A webinar on the title of Futuristic View of HRM
was conducted on February 10, 2021 via zoom plat form by the very own senior lecturer of the Department of Human Resource Management; Mr. N. Agilan. The webinar was organized with the prime intention of providing a broader understanding to the level 100 undergraduates on the business pillar of Human Resource Management and the potential transformations that might arise in the field of HR in the future while emphasizing them the enhanced need of HRM in the up-coming business world.
