The fifteenth session of the “Faculty Working Paper Series” was conducted virtually on August 03, 2022. Ms. Thakshila Kumudumali from the Department of Operations Management, Mr. Ranura Perera from the Department of Human Resource Management, and   Mr. Darshana Bandara from the Department of Marketing Management made the presentation based on the title, "Degree of Effectiveness of Virtual Learning Mode in Sri Lanka: With Reference to State Universities in Sri Lanka".

The fourteenth session of the Faculty Working Paper Series was held virtually on July 05, 2022. Ms. Ravini Gunasinghe, from the Department of Human Resource Management, made the presentation based on the title,  “Gender Roles in the Career Progression of Women: A Study conducted among Managerial Level Women in the Manufacturing Sector of Sri Lanka”. The paper was reviewed by Ms. Subashini Weerakotuwa from the Department of Human Resource Management. The thirteenth session of the Faculty Working Paper Series was held virtually on May 27, 2022. Mr. D.I.J. Samaranayake, from the Department of Management Studies, made the presentation based on the title, “New Classical Growth Models: Do Well or Less Well? A Review”. The paper was reviewed by Prof. Malaka Ranathilake from the Department of Economics and Statistics, Faculty of Arts, University of Peradeniya. The eleventh session of the Faculty Working Paper Series was held on January 27, 2022, through the Virtual platform. The presentation was made by Ms. S. Yogendran from the Department of Management Studies on the title, " “A Study on the Experience of Rural Entrepreneurs’ Competitiveness during the COVID-19 Outbreak: A Phenomenological Study”." Kuruppu from the Department of Management Studies on the title, "Escalate student satisfaction through e-learning readiness: A study in State Universities in Sri Lanka". The paper was reviewed by Mr. A.M.A.S.M. Bandara from the Department of Operations Management. The sixth session of the Faculty Working Paper Series was held on February 02, 2021 at the Faculty Auditorium. The presentation was made by Mr. T.S.S. Fernando from the Department of Management Studies on the title, "Impact of Dynamic Capabilities on Competitive Advantage with the Moderating Effect of Organizational Culture in ICT industry in Sri Lanka". Kularathne from the Department of Human Resource Management on the title, "Stress By Corona: A Review of Human Resource Implications". The paper was moderated by Dr. W.P.R. The fourth session of the Faculty Working Paper Series was held on January 23, 2020 at the Faculty Board Room. The presentation was done by Dr. M.G.P.D.Menike from Department of Business Finance on the title, "Impact of liquidity on profitability in the banking sector in Sri Lanka" and the paper was moderated by Dr. S.J. Suresh de Mel from Department of Economics and Statistics, Faculty of Arts, University of Peradeniya. The event was graced by the Dean of the faculty, Heads of the departments and the academic staff members.

The third session of the Faculty Working Paper Series was held on 29th November, 2019 at the Faculty Board Room. The presentation was done by Ms. Wathsala Niwarthana from Department of Marketing Management on the title, "Impact of destination personality on behavioral intention: with special reference to domestic tourists to Kandy district" and the paper was reviewed by Ms. K.H.M.A.R. Kolongahapitiya.
