A seminar was organized by the Student Affairs Committee of the Faculty of Management, University of Peradeniya for the GCE (Advanced Level) Commerce stream students of the Newstead College, Negambo on the 28th October 2022 at the Faculty Auditorium.
The aim of the seminar was to provide an awareness to the Advanced Level Commerce stream students regarding the career opportunities in the Commerce stream. Ms. Kethaki Kumarasiri , Lecturer attached to Department of Operations Management conducted the session and emphasized the importance of balancing both academic and extra- curricular activities. Prof. Athula Ekanayake, Dean, Faculty Management also addressed the gathering to provide some useful insights.
