The second session of the Faculty Working Paper Series was held on 28th October, 2019 at the Faculty Board Room. The presentation was done by Ms. Waruni Edirisooriya on the title, Impact of Transformational Leadership on Talent Retention: The Mediating effect of The Fulfillment of Psychological Contract in Information Communication Technology (ICT) Industry in Sri Lanka
and the paper was reviewed by Mr. N. Agilan. The event was graced by the Dean of the faculty, heads of the departments and the academic staff members.
The purpose of organizing this session was to enhance the quality of scientific manuscript by soliciting critical comments from the academic staff members within and outside the faculty and to provide a basis for publication of research findings through facilitating and motivating the research work of the academic staff members.
