The English Language Teaching Unit (ELTU) and the Quality Assurance Cell of the Faculty of Management organized a five-week English Language Workshop Series for Work Aides, commencing on 23rd May 2025. The sessions were held every Thursday from 10.00 am to 12.00 noon, spanning five consecutive weeks. This initiative aimed to enhance the grammatical accuracy and language proficiency of Work Aides, thereby equipping them to communicate more effectively and professionally in workplace correspondence, documentation, and interpersonal interactions. By improving their skills in written correspondence, documentation, and verbal communication, the workshop also aimed to support Work Aides in performing their duties with greater confidence, precision, and professionalism, ultimately contributing to more efficient and effective organizational communication.The workshop series featured a team of experienced resource persons, including Mr. Nalaka Hewage, Ms. Sanduni Atapattu, Ms. Samadhi Delpachithra, Ms. Gayathri Neththipola, and Ms. Nushra Jameel.
