The orientation programme for 2000-level students specializing in Operations Management
was successfully conducted by the Operations Management Students’ Society in
collaboration with the Department of Operations Management on the 16th of May 2023 at the
Faculty Auditorium from 3.00 p.m. onwards.
The programme’s main aim was to welcome the 2000-level students who have been selected
to the Department of Operations Management and to build up a mutual understanding
between the senior students, non-academic staff, and academic staff of the Department.
Through this programme, the newcomers to the Department got lots of insights from the
academic staff members as well as from the Alumni. And there were some entertainment
events performed by the students and fun games. It was a fabulous time for both students and
the academic staff members.
Finally, the orientation programme 2023 ended up with a photograph of the present students
and staff members of the Department of Operations Management.
