The Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Management, University of Peradeniya, organized a guest lecture titled “Work-Life Balance & Professional Development” as part of the HRM 3102: Career Management course for 3000-level undergraduates in the Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Management. The session was held on 25th July 2025, provided an in-depth exploration of work-life balance and professional development, enabling participants to understand how to manage personal well-being while pursuing career growth. Ms. Judy Menoji Kalupahana, Lead Consultant at Global Contriver in Sri Lanka, joined as the resource person for this session.
