The Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Management, University of Peradeniya, organized a guest lecture titled “Zero to Startup: Launch Your Dream Business” as part of the HRM 3102: Career Management course for 3000-level undergraduates in the Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Management. The session was held on 01st August 2025, providing undergraduates with valuable insights into the awareness of startup dynamics, opportunity identification, and strategic networking within the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Mr. Rajeendra Kalugampitiya, Chief Executive Officer at 64 Squares International Chess Academy in Sri Lanka, Director – National Chess Academy and Chairman -Sri Lanka Chess Trainers’ Commission, joined as the resource person for this session.
