The sixth session of the Faculty Working Paper Series was held on February 02, 2021 at the Faculty Auditorium. The presentation was made by Mr. T.S.S. Fernando from the Department of Management Studies on the title, Impact of Dynamic Capabilities on Competitive Advantage with the Moderating Effect of Organizational Culture in ICT industry in Sri Lanka. The event was graced by the Dean of the Faculty, Heads of the Departments and the academic staff members.

The fifth session of the Faculty Working Paper Series was held on December 08, 2020 at the Faculty Auditorium. The presentation was made by Ms. H.M.R.D. Kularathne from the Department of Human Resource Management on the title, Stress By Corona: A Review of Human Resource Implications. The paper was moderated by Dr. W.P.R. Wickramaratne from the Department of Human Resource Management. The event was graced by the Dean of the Faculty, Heads of the Departments and the academic staff members.

A training programme on “Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for Operations Management” was held at the auditorium of the Faculty of Management on 28th September 2020, under the patronage of Professor Athula Ekanayake, Dean of the Faculty of Management. The programme was organized under the AHEAD grant of Department of Operations Management, Faculty of Management, University of Peradeniya.
