The industry exposure programme of the Centre for Skills for Life, Faculty of Management, University of Peradeniya successfully organized a company visit for the 1000-level undergraduates to MAS Casualline, Mawathagama on 11th March 2024.
The Industry Exposure Program aims to provide insights into the different areas of expertise practiced in organizations so that undergraduates can make an informed decision when selecting their area of specialization at the beginning of their second year of academic studies. The students were allowed to participate in factory visits, enquire the industry specialists from different fields, and have fruitful discussions about future career prospects based on their areas of interest.
The Faculty is extremely grateful to Mr. Udara Wijesundara, General Manager, and Ms. Yasara Herath, Assistant Manager of MAS Casualline for providing this valuable opportunity for the undergraduates to build a lucrative professional career in the future.
