Postgraduate Diploma Program:
Faculty offers two Postgraduate Diplomas: Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting & Finance and Postgraduate Diploma in Management each is of one year duration (i.e., two semesters) and taught in the mediums of English, Sinhala and Tamil. The Postgraduate Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences advertises these programs annually. The program fee is set at Rs. 65,000.

PhD Program:
The PhD program offered by the Faculty of Management and coordinated by the Postgraduate Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences provides opportunities for the prospective candidates to conduct research in any field relating to Accounting, Finance and Management. The Faculty of Management shall provide supervisor/s for each candidate whose research proposal is accepted and candidacy is granted. The PhD program is free of coursework while it entirely depends on a research thesis. The supervisor may request the candidate to publish a few research papers, in connection with the ongoing research, in recognized journals. The PhD program is conducted in the medium of English and applications are entertained throughout the year. The program fee is set at Rs. 143,000.
M.Sc. & MBA Program:
The Faculty of Management plans to offer two year M.Sc. and MBA degree programs from the beginning of the year 2017. The candidates shall enter the postgraduate diploma program in the first year in Accounting & Finance or Management. And those who successfully complete the postgraduate diploma can enter the M.Sc. or MBA program in the second year. The M.Sc. program is more research oriented, while the MBA program is more professional and is offered by coursework only as well as by coursework plus research. In each postgraduate degree program, candidates can choose the field of Accounting & Finance or Management. These programs are offered in the medium of English. The tuition fee is set from Rs. 225,000.
